The Michigan Dietetic Association (MDA) gratefully appreciates your consideration of sponsorship and/or exhibit opportunities for the Annual Conference, Friday, April 30, 2010 at the Doubletree Hotel & Conference Center, Bay City, Michigan.

Last year, the MDA Annual Conference drew 325 registered dietitians, dietetic interns and students. Increased member attendance is our mission which means an increase in members visiting your exhibitor booth. MDA anticipates attendance to be very high in Bay City, as it is a convenient location for our members. MDA listened to the feedback of its sponsors and exhbitors and has changed the schedule to support your requests, by increasing exhibitor hours with attendees.

Exhibitor booth features:

• A diverse audience. Attendees work in a variety of settings including clinical, education, research, private practice, commercial food companies, and food service management.
• The Grand Foyer Exhibitor Hall is a perfect location for attendee traffic.
• Attendees to meet with exhibitors from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, Friday, April 30, 2010.
