The Michigan Dietetic Association (MDA) gratefully appreciates your consideration of sponsorship and/or exhibit opportunities for the Annual Conference, May 7 & 8, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Conference Center, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Last year, the MDA Annual Conference drew 400 registered dietitians, dietetic interns and students, a record attendance in the last several years. Increased member attendance is our mission which means an increase in members visiting your exhibitor booth. MDA anticipates attendance to be very high in Grand Rapids, as it is a popular site for our attendees.
Exhibitor booth features:
- A diverse audience. Attendees work in a variety of settings including clinical education, research, private practice, commercial food companies, and food service management.
- Attendees to meet with exhibitors from, 10:00 - 11:30 am (no educational activities are scheduled during this time).
- Exhibitors have the option of keeping their booths open longer to accommodate members who do not wish to attend sessions scheduled form 11:30-12:45 pm.
- For those staying open until 12:45 pm, up to two complimentary lunches will be provided.
- A link to your website from MDA's website through June 2009, upon receiving your contract/payment.
- Listing in the Michigan Dietetic Association newsletter, the MDA Link, distributed to over 2000 members*
- Listing in the conference brochure*
- A contact list of attendees in advance of the conference
*Deadline for sponsor/exhibitor applications is January 14, 2009 in order to be included in the conference brochure.
